Grown near the shores of Laguna de Ayarza, a dramatic volcanic crater lake in Guatemala’s Santa Rosa region, this coffee carries the character of its landscape. Smallholder farmers deliver their best cherries to the regional mill for the Blue Ayarza natural process. After sorting, the coffee travels to Amatitlán for drying. It spends about ten days on the patio, then finishes in mechanical dryers for another five to ten hours. The result is a cup shaped by volcanic soil, careful processing, and the precision of producers who know this terrain better than anyone.
Nestled in Venezuela’s central coffee region, in El Valle de Mocoties at an elevation of 1800 meters above sea level, this farm produces beans shaped by rich soil, steady climate, and meticulous care. We have partnered with Caracas Coffee to include their anaerobic washed lot in this blend. The result is a refined component that adds depth, structure, and clarity to the final cup.
Together, these two coffees create a rhythm that feels grounded and alive. Soul Rave is presence in its simplest form.
