SoulRave is a dark roast blend focused on creating sweet and chocolatey flavor profiles.
One of the coffees is from Nueva Segovia, the smallest coffee region in the Nicaragua. It’s soil, altitudes and climate create ideal conditions for growing. As such, it tends to produce a more refined cup: balanced, clean, and distinct.
The other coffee is from the mogiana region of Brazil. The Mogiana region, which runs along the São Paulo and Minas Gerais border, is home to some of the most consistently sweet and well-structured naturals produced in Brazil.
