Paideia Finale: La Bastilla Geisha Honey
The final release in our Paideia series.
La Bastilla Geisha Honey is a honey-processed micro-lot from Finca La Bastilla in Nicaragua’s Jinotega region. This Geisha variety was grown at high elevation under Rainforest Alliance certification, then carefully harvested and processed with a layer of mucilage left intact for drying. The result is a cup with bright tropical fruit, juicy stone fruit, and a round, velvety mouthfeel.

The Paideia series has always been about pursuing uncompromising flavor. It was built on a single premise—what happens when we remove limits on cost, process, and origin to showcase the most exceptional coffees we can find.
This is the last release in the series. We're ending it with a coffee that speaks for itself.
