Cafe Vino is a cool experimental bean from a small producer in La Libertad, El Salvador. After harvest, the beans are submerged in water and put under a controlled fermentation process with yeast strands that are traditionally used for wine. This process brings out big juicy flavors that make this coffee truly unique. After fermentation the beans are laid out to dry on beds for two weeks. during the drying process the temperature and sunlight are meticulously controlled to allow for a nice uniform coffee.

El Salvador is one of our favorite producers. The soil and canopy that coffee grows in, creates big and bold flavors that are always fun and delicious. When we heard what these farmers were doing with this fermented coffee, we had to try and share it with you.  Grab this juicy light roast coffee that is unlike anything we have brought you before.
